Dr. Allen received his MA and Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from New York University. He has 35 years of experience in psychological and psychosexual evaluation and risk assessment of sex offenders. He has served as an expert witness in various areas of forensic psychology for New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania state courts. He has also lent his expertise to several court martial proceedings for the United States Air Force. Dr. Allen works closely with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency and the Juvenile Justice Commission. He also offers training workshops on behavior management for adolescents and the developmentally disabled.

Elaine Allen received her BSN from The College of St. Elizabeth in Convent Station, New Jersey. She completed her MSN at Rutgers University Graduate School in Newark, New Jersey. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in psychiatry. She was also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She provides counseling for children and adolescents with disruptive behaviors. Her practice includes counseling women with post-partum depression, single parenting stressors, and domestic violence. Elaine Allen also conducts psycho-educational sessions on social skills and relationship-building for adolescents and adults.
